Associate Chiropractor and Clinic Director

Salary: $75,000 with the ability to earn equity or additional performance-based commission
Location: Lewes, Delaware
Clinic: Lotus Chiropractic 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a chiropractor seeking a well-paying position that transitions into partial ownership when reaching performance markers. You’ll be stepping into an established, organized patient focused Chiropractic medicine clinic that has already done the heavy lifting of the start-up phase.

We’re looking for someone ready to grow into a leadership role, starting as a treating patient focused chiropractor and, over a 3–6 month transition period, taking on the responsibilities of clinic management. You’ll have hands-on mentorship from our Owner and access to proven systems that make a smooth transition into leadership.

As the clinic continues to grow, you’ll transition into the lead chiropractor and clinic manager, overseeing daily operations and guiding the Lewes location independently. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to potentially expand and onboard additional practitioners.

The Role
Phase 1: Patient Focused Chiropractor (3–6 months)
Learn our clinic systems and treatment flow
Provide high-quality patient focused chiropractic care
Build relationships with our patients, families, and the local community

Phase 2: Clinic Manager (after transition)
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure patient flow runs smoothly
Manage front desk staff and provider coordination
Maintain supplement inventory and ordering systems (with front desk support)
Lead internal communications and ensure systems are being followed for scheduling, billing, follow-ups, and newsletters
Collaborate with the Acupuncturist and other team members
Recruit new clients through outreach such as mobility workshops and community connecting. 
Assist with hiring and onboarding new providers when ready
Meet with our owner for growth and leadership development
Participate in marketing collaboration (social media, local networking, community partnerships)
Attend one Business Conference annually

What’s Covered by Our Owner/Integrator:
You’ll have full support, and you won’t be left alone to handle the backend.
Payroll and bookkeeping
Taxes and compliance
Website management and marketing oversight (social media)
Leadership of quarterly business meetings

Our Treatment Approach
Our sessions range from 15-20 minutes.
 We provide full-body, manual chiropractic care that emphasizes mobility, soft-tissue work, and functional movement—offering the same high-quality care used in sports chiropractic, adapted for seniors, adults, and kids.

 Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $75,000
Continuing Education Stipend: $1,200 annually
Path to Partial Ownership: Up to 30% equity as benchmarks are met. This could also be commission instead of ownership.
